About us

Joint Stock Company “Vilmersa” was established in Lithuania in February 1999. In initial period we were acting as consultancy company for French wild mushrooms processor BORDE SA. The activity was mainly connected to Russian market of wild mushrooms and wild berries. We assisted in locating and evaluating different regional suppliers, took part in supplying negotiation process.
At the beginning of 2000 JSC "Vilmersa" assisted in establishing snail meat production unit for French company CAMARGO SA in Lithuania, Bezdonys (near Vilnius). This plant is the largest snail meat producer in Lithuania.
Successful business activity and gained experience enabled us in 2001 to begin independent supplying of wild mushrooms to Western Europe. Company can be proud of extensive supplying links in Lithuania, Latvia and Russia.
We are dealing with fresh, frozen, dried and brined mushroom produce and frozen wild berries.
Since September 2001 BS Consulting is working with all our English speaking customers.
