Chanterelle

Known
as classic "golden chanterelle". Generally funnel shaped with
wavy, curly cap margin. Possess a pleasant, fruity aroma similar
to apricots. Grow more commonly in groups. The harvesting
season in Lithuania is July-September. We supply fresh, frozen,
dried and brined produce.
USA season lasts from October to December.

King Bolete
(Boletus edulis) |

Also known as cep, porcini, bolete. Widely
distributed, grows under coniferous trees, especially spruce.
Taste nutty, odour not distinctive. The harvesting season in
Lithuania and Russia is August-September. We supply mostly frozen
and brined produce. Some quantities of fresh and dried mushrooms
might be available too. |

Morel
(Morchella conica) |
|
|
Morels are among the most highly prized
of all the wild mushrooms. Grow in both conifer and hardwood
forests. Have a honeycombed, hollow, cone-shaped cap. The morel
is widely appreciated by gourmets, who savor its earthy flavour.
USA season is May-July. Available fresh and dried. |

Other
varieties of fresh wild mushrooms available in season include:
yellowfoot chanterelle (Cantharellus
tubeaformis),
black trumpets (Craterellus
cornucopioides), maitake (Grifola fondosa).
Frozen
mushrooms can be wholes, cubed, halved or diced. Size and
quality class of mushrooms can vary. Packaging is mostly in
plastic bags and carton boxes for frozen and dried produce,
in metal or plastic buckets for brined produce, in wooden
trays for fresh mushrooms. The packaging can be changed according
to customer requirements and possibilities.
The produce can be delivered to most European or USA destinations.
